A deposit is needed to secure the arrangements made with us and to allow us to pay third parties such as crematoriums, cemeteries, florists.

Payment can be made via our website portal, bank transfer or cheque.

The deposit is required 4 working days before the funeral date. The balance is required within 28 days of receipt of the invoice. For our direct cremation packages, full payment is required at the time of booking.

We accept payment via bank transfer, debit card, credit card or cheque. Note: We do not accept American Express cards.

Yes it can. We will provide you with an itemised invoice which you can present to the bank for payment to be made directly to us.

We require an initial deposit which consists of 50% of our charges and 100% of the third-party costs. The balance is required within 28 days of receipt of the final invoice. The final invoice will be sent to you after the funeral date. For our direct cremation packages, full payment is required at the time of booking.

No. You will need to claim the monies paid back from the estate.
