Still can't quite believe it & taken away far too soon. We will never forget the first time we met you! At our engagement party, you came up to us on the dance floor & said "Do you want to buy some tyres" !! You made such an impression that you did us the honour of being best man at our wedding in 1991. So many stories of all the fun times that we had, memories that we will cherish forever. Stu, no matter how many times you told it, the sunglasses and melon tale from that holiday with the in laws in Spain will always bring a smile to our faces, the more wine you gave it the more poetic license and funny it got. No one could re-tell the tale like you did. You had a true northern sense of humour and heart that easily converted to the south with your lovely wife Nadine. You have sadly left Nadine too soon in tragic circumstances and so unfairly but what an impression you've made. Although those family meet ups weren't often enough, the tales you held court with always bought a smile to our face for days after.

It was such a shock to hear the sad sad news, that we have lost the most caring, funny, gentle giant anyone could meet, so many stories to lttile time to tell them, but there was only one word that would come up often "Golf" whcic he loved and cherished and i could relate to, as he introduced me to Devere wokefield park!
