Phil passed away peacefully at the Royal Berkshire Hospital on 10th October 2019 surrounded by loved ones. He will be forever missed by his family and friends. Phil's family wish for donations to be made to Royal Berks Charity - ICU in his memory. All donations will be greatly received.
