Steve, I can not thank you and your family enough for how much you have done for me. You gave me the opportunity to work my first job before you had ever met me. You took me in like family and I will never forget that. Our drives home would be you roasting me for my hair or about girls and there was never a serious journey with you! A rugby pitch sideline will never be the same again. Steve, you were a true friend who was an integral part of our wider rugby family and has helped to guide us through both rugby and life challenges. In our work lives people come and go but rarely do you hit it off with someone, especially your Boss, where you would count them as a friend as well. Back in 2006 we moved into a building together and it really was a match made in heaven and one day it will be again. Right now you have "Mini me Reggie" to share the laughs and frustrations with.Unimaginable that 4 years ago you were supporting me and my family through our loss and now you have gone to join him. Steve, 6 years ago we met for the first time and hit it off straight away, I only wish we met earlier my friend. We've had some laughs over the years and it will be hard going to Theale next time knowing you won't be there! I still laugh now you a Scotsman telling me to speak English!!
