Our lovely Mum passed away on Sunday 01 November, aged 70. It's been a traumatic couple of months and the help we have received from Sue Ryder in the last few weeks has been incredible - we couldn't have got through it without them. As an organisation heavily dependent on voluntary contributions and charitable donations, they have really suffered during the lockdowns in 2020. Mum was adamant some good would come out of her disease and wanted us to make sure we raised as much money as possible for Sue Ryder.
So, step one, if possible, rather than buying flowers for Mum please can you donate to Sue Ryder in her memory using the link below.
When everyone is allowed to meet up again we shall have a celebration of Mum's life where Mum wanted to 'charge' everyone a £5 entrance fee to go to Sue Ryder.. watch this space!
