Joe was a lovely man who worked hard his whole life and meant a lot to everyone who met him. Not only was he kind and thoughtful but had a hidden sense of humour shown in his poems, which was completely delightful. He made living in Wescott Road more of a pleasure than it would have been without him. We will really miss him.
