Headway Thames Valley

Headway Thames Valley

Headway Thames Valley is a charity that works to improve life after brain injury and campaigns to reduce the chances of brain injury in everyday life. Operating across the Thames Valley, we work with people who have suffered an acquired brain injury and their families. There are many possible causes of brain injury, including a fall, a road accident, sports injury, tumour, stroke, cardiac arrest, complications during operations and post viral infections such as meningitis.

Dear Phil I am so glad I got to know you over the last 7 years. You were always so kind to me, right from the offset. You told me when I was wrong and you bigged me up when I was down. You always went above and beyond to help me. You made me laugh so much. Your cheesy jokes, silly puns and crazy stories always made me smile. I feel so blessed to have known you and be part of your family. I will miss you so much. I know what you would say to me now and it's not very nice! But in all honesty, I really love you.
