Thank you for choosing us as your parents, it was absolutely our privilege to look after you at every stage of your life and watch you grow into the funny, feisty woman that you were. Over the last 18 months you were so brave and positive never letting things get you down too much, you accepted all the treatment you were offered and never lost hope, and lived life to the fullest.
